Refund Policy

At Better Life Science, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality health testing kits. However, we understand that sometimes refunds are necessary. Please read the following to learn about our refund procedure.

Refund Eligibility

  • Health testing kit may be refundable within 30 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the health testing kit must be in its original condition and packaging.

Refund Process

  • Send an email to support@mybls.com with your order number and the reason for the refund request, and our customer service staff will be happy to assist you.
  • Our customer service team will review your request and notify you of the status of your refund and how to return your item(s) to us.
  • If your refund is granted, we will process a payment back to the method you originally used to purchase within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Your refund will be the purchase amount minus a restocking fee of $29.00. (Does not pertain to items that are defective or damaged during transit.)

Exceptions

  • Health testing kits or products that have been used or opened are not eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
