Step 2: Activating Your Gentle Collection Device
Our innovative blood collection device is designed for ease and minimal discomfort. Place the device firmly against the upper part of your arm, just below the shoulder. Once in position, press the button to activate the micro-lancet. This creates a small, almost painless prick, initiating blood flow. You'll hear a click, indicating the process has begun.
Step 3: Collecting Your Sample
After activation, blood will begin to flow into the integrated collection vial. Gently massage your arm downwards, towards the device, to encourage flow if needed. The vial will fill, typically within a few minutes. Ensure the vial is filled to the indicated line to guarantee a sufficient sample for accurate analysis. Avoid touching the collection site with your fingers.
Step 4: Secure, Seal, and Send to Our Lab
Once the sample is collected, carefully remove the device from your arm. Apply pressure with a clean bandage (included in your kit) to the collection site. Close the collection vial securely, place it into the biohazard bag provided, and then into the pre-addressed return envelope. Drop it off at your nearest mailbox or post office.
